Best Experience at a Dentist EVER! Everyone I had a chance to meet at Shamblott was amazing! They were very receptive, caring and knowledgeable. While waiting to have my tooth extracted they continuously checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed and during my extraction they were very concerned to make sure I was comfortable and in absolutely no pain... I always thought the dentist was suppose to hurt, NOT ANYMORE! Not only that but I received a phone call that night to make sure I was doing alright after my visit! A+ Thank you to everyone at Shamblott Dentistry! You're great!

The entire experience was better than I have ever had at any other dental office. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. I came to your office because I have had some issues in the past that have contributed to some anxiety. I really did appreciate your staff's ability to take things slow. They were great about checking in to see if I was doing okay. I definitely had enough numbing medication. And the movie really helped distract me. Anonymous 3 Fillings Great experience! I was very impressed by the warm welcome, the professionalism of all the employees. Dr. Shamblott gave me very professional, quick, and comprehensive care. I had an urgent need and Dr. Shamblott saw me on the spur of the moment. It was my first time at his clinic. I was VERY impressed and will highty recommend him!

She makes me feel so at ease and really has a wonderful way of anticpating any questions/concerns I might have. Anonymous Dr. Shamblott and his staff truly put the patient first. They are kind, gentle (this is very important to me) and very professional. They listen to their patients' concerns and help you feel comfortable with all procedures. I drive 30 miles one way for my appointments and it is well worth it. I think Dr. Shamblott and his staff should teach classes on customer service, it's excellent. I have no comments on how you can improve, just keep doing what your doing now, it works.

EXCELLENT I look forward to my visits with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. All procedures are explained in full. Appointments can be changed easily and reminders and confirmations via email are great. I have spent a lot of time in dentists chairs over the years and from my very first visit I have been impressed by the high quality of care. I can't think of anything that needs changing, you are the best!

I loved my first visit to the office -- people were nice, friendly, and professional. The offices are great. As someone who's had orthodontics since childhood, I've spent lots of hours at the dentist office, and these guys are really terrific! Love having found them.

I had 3 fillings done last night, and the experience was great. I watched Caddyshack on laughing gas throughout, and it was probably the most relaxing weeknight hour I've had in weeks! Very quick, painless, and well finished. No need for a followup visit.

This was the best dental work I've ever had. The hygienist checked her work on my tooth cleaning and went back and did spots that didn't come clean the first time. The dentist listened to me about my tooth that hurt and performed diagnostics to discover a cracked tooth. Advanced technological diagnostic techniques were evident the entire time. Music? The other hygienist went and got me the magazine I had been reading in the waiting room? The dentist explained what was going on with a model? Everyone told me what they were about to do and why before they did it? Wow. I have been exposed to a level of dental care I did not know existed.

I gotta say that I've been with Dr. Shamblott for 7 years and even though I've moved fairly far from the office in that time-50 miles-I'm still certain it's worth the drive. I always feel like the Doctor and his staff are genuinely concerned and try to make me as comfortable as possible, which is a plus because I am one big sissy when it comes to the dentist! T.M.
