Everyone is so kind and helpful in the office. I had to go in for an emergency and they got me in quickly even though they were booked, took care of everything quickly and made me comfortable. I am a 'dentalphobe', so no trip to the dentist is perfect, but this was darn close!

Kathy I believe was her name, was amazing; she made me feel comfortable and at home, she talked to me as well as listened, instead of just digging around in my mouth and scoulding me about my poor dental hygiene. All in all 5 stars just for her. My last visit contrasted completely, whoever i had was new and not to be blamed completely but i could tell she was timid. Not comfortable. But Kathy was great.....

My visit was great everyone was happy very nice. They were interested in what I wanted done.They gave me a total itemized bill of what everything was going to cost, and many different options on how to pay. I don't have insurance and that wasn't a problem. I thought the prices were fair.

No wait in either the waiting room or the exam room. The hygenist was very good at cleaning my teeth, and she was also chatty in a natural, comfortable way. The dentist (Scott) came in straightway after the cleaning and was likewise quite nice and put me at ease during the checkup. Absolutely no complaints; I'll be back in 6 months.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with Dr. de Llano. Today she found a crack in my tooth that had been bothering me for a long time. Because of her attention to detail is why she found it. I have no doubt that 8 out of 10 other dentists would have missed it. I also like that she has never once tried to sell me something. Always professional and cares. I will be a client for life and will look for opportunities to refer other people to her.

Cavity fillings and assessing condition of tooth
Dr. Shamblott did an excellent job of treating the cavities but was also very proactive in identifying a problem with one of my teeth before it manifested itself. He did a great job of clearly explaining the condition and the treatment options. He and his team are top notch and I highly recommend his practice to anyone who is seeking dentistry services.

Anxious dentist-go-er
I'm normally anxious when going to the dentist, but the welcoming receptionist was just the start of a great experience. The dental hygenist was a good conversationalist, so at least I wasn't focused on the fact that I was about to have my teeth ground on for a cleaning. She was also very sensitive to the fact that I was anxious. Dr. Shamblott helped me to understand my care plan, even the silliest of questions he was willing to answer. The hygenist was also very knowledgeable. I'd say, all staff you can trust! I haven't had any actual dental work (just had x-rays and cleaning) yet, but I'm sure it will be as pleasent of an experience as possible at the dentist office.

I was very nervous before my appointment. Everyone at Shamblott made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I had extensive work done and the next day I didn't feel like I had been to the dentist!! This is a FIRST in all my years of going to the dentist.

Painless Extraction
After fretting for a long time about getting my wisdom teeth extracted I found there was no need after my visit was complete. Between the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful distraction the movie made I was in and out so fast with no discomfort that it could have reversed years of unnecessary fears about dentists

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
I am 53 and have let my teeth go for years. I have had bad experiences in the past and resist treatment when I am shamed or inconvenienced. From the very beginning I was treated with respect. The treatment plan was detailed and convenient. At no time was there a hint of shame. Never did I hear "you should floss" or "you should really respect your teeth". Because of the treatment I am actually in a place to protect and respect my teeth and I probably will floss.

I have been coming to this practice since before it was owned by Dr. Shamblott (about 10 years now). I have been very impressed with how the practice has managed to grow, but still keep its personality. I also very much appreciate that the office keeps up with the technological environment. At one point, I switched dentist because you were no longer in my "plan". After one visit to another dental facility, I came back to Shamblott and just paid out-of-pocket until I was again covered by insurance. I think that says it all. Good work!

I have had my new bridge for a couple of weeks now and would be remiss if I did not write to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to you and your staff. As you know, I had a very complicated situation with my existing bridge that replaced many of my top front teeth. I was about to lose the bridge and was facing the possibility of wearing a partial or even a denture. With your expertise and experience, you guided me through almost a year of complications from going to the periodontist, endodontist, orthodontist for extensive treatment to eventually ending up back at your office to have my final impression and work done for my new bridge. Needless to say, I am grateful for your patient explanations and treatment along the way. I want to add that your staff is absolutely “top-notch”. They have made several “temporary” bridges for me to wear throughout my long process and they have been made carefully with great attention to detail. I had my new bridge cemented a couple of weeks ago and am absolutely thrilled with the final product. The quality of this bridge in comparison to my old bridge is second to none. I am already getting many compliments from friends and family. My bridge is natural looking and the bite is perfect. Thank you and your staff again for giving me back an even better smile!

My initial consult with Dr. Shamblott was free, convenient, informative and expeditious. Dr. Shamblott has a superior chair-side manner compared to other dentists and I say that having visited 48 states and having lived in 6 of them. Having not been cared for in 3 years -my smile is lacking and requires its due attention. I compared Dr. Shamblott's service fees to three other reputable dentists in the Twin Cities and he is well within (average) range, however: the initial consultation was absolutely free of charge and absent of pressure. Dr. Shamblott's staff is well trained, informed, organized and competent. -"Yeah,yeah,yeah, how was it in the chair," you are wondering ? My teeth are as acute as they come and his procedures were gentle, quick, and virtually unnoticible, especially the application of local numbing agents. -I have been out of the chair for less than an hour and have recommended him to 5 people. 5 out of 5 stars.
