We strive to provide you with as perfect a dental experience as possible.

• Do you need an appointment before or after work?  We are open at 7 AM five days a week and open to 7 PM on Thursday nights.
• Do you dread visiting the dentist?  We understand and can help make you more comfortable with sedation options ranging from FREE nitrous oxide laughing gas to sleep dentistry (IV sedation with a Nurse Anesthetist).
• Do you like to ask a lot of questions?  We will take the time to answer all of your questions.

If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur charges.

Dental Insurance

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. It is our pleasure to assist you in managing your insurance benefits. We will assist you in every way to prepare and submit your claims, and to help you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will initially ask you only for your estimated co-payment. Please understand that this is only an estimate, and is based on the information available to us.

Payment Options

Our office wants all of our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial options so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment option best suits their needs. In order to make dentistry as possible, we offer you these payment options:
• Pay in full with cash or check at the start of treatment and receive a 5% prompt payment reward.
• Pay in full at time of service with VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
• Extended-term financing is available through Care Credit, Chase Health Advance and Citi

Health Card which are flexible dental credit cards that can be applied for through our office with an outside financing company. These programs are perfect for co-payments and dental treatment not covered by insurance or for patients that do not have dental insurance.  The application is called in from our office, and we usually know within an hour if the applicant is approved. This is a 1 year interest free credit card with payments being made directly to the financing company. Longer terms are available and are interest bearing.

Warranty

At Shamblott Family Dentistry, we strive for perfection in everything we do, so we offer a
Limited Warranty on several procedures.  Daily brushing and flossing is a crucial part of your oral health and overall health.  The other crucial part is regular professional dental cleaning with a hygienist and completing any recommended treatment.  So, failure to maintain regular checkups (minimum of 6 month interval) will render the warranty null and void.

Care to Share Program

We always accept and welcome new patients to our office. Refer your friends, family and co-workers and each of you will receive a $25 Dental Care Certificate on your account towards future dental care.  We hope the care you receive at Shamblott Family Dentistry will inspire you to refer your friends, family and co-workers.  Our practice continues to grow because of the referrals of caring patients like you. Seven out of ten new patients at Shamblott Family Dentistry are referred by existing patients.  This is the reason the Care to Share Program was created to thank you in a special way that allows both you and your friends and family to save money on your dental work at Shamblott Family Dentistry.
Here is how the referral rewards program works:

• Print out Care to Share Certificate
• Give it to a friend, family member or coworker that has never been to our office.
• The certificate will give them a FREE New Patient Exam and necessary X-rays and a $25 discount on dental services at Shamblott Family Dentistry.
• When they redeem their certificate, we will thank you with a $25 dental care certificate sent to you in the mail the next day.
• There is no limit to the number of certificates you can use. So bring them in on your next visit to Shamblott Family Dentistry and apply them towards routine dental work or brighten your smile with ZOOM In-Office Whitening.

We offer the use of virtual video glasses for your enjoyment. What a great way to enjoy your dental visit. You can choose from a list of over 50 video titles or bring in your own DVD. You can get completely immersed in the video while you are watching a virtual 80 inch screen and are surrounded by stereo sound.
