Did you catch Dr. Shamblott on myTalk 107.1 last Sunday, October 9th? The topics were dental insurance, our Halloween Buy-Back Program, and we also added in a little dental trivia for you! Please check out our Facebook page, or follow us a twitter on dental trivia for the month of October.

If you have dental insurance that runs on a calendar year you will want to make sure to use your benefits before the end of the year. Benefits that are not used will be lost, as they do not roll over to the next year. Dental insurance is different from medical insurance because it has an annual cap, which typically ranges from $1,000-$2,000 per plan year.

Dr. Shamblott also talked about our candy buy-back program that we will be hosting for the 3rd year. This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, November 1st and Wednesday, November 2nd from 3-7 p.m. We will pay $1.00 cash per pound (up to 5 pounds). All the candy goes to the troops overseas through Operation Gratitude.
