Drinks that are not so beneficial for your teeth are soda pop and sports drinks. These options have a lot of additives and sugars and can weaken tooth enamel. Sports drinks and sodas have fewer effects on your teeth if you drink them right away and then brush afterwards. Sipping on these drinks throughout the day is when problems develop.
